- Any registration, tax filing, legal drafting, certification or other service not expressly included in the agreed scope.
- Any act of certifying, attesting, notarising or verifying a document on your behalf.
We do not issue registrations, certify documents, conduct bank KYC, decide account eligibility, or approve accounts. Registration, tax, legal or professional services are separate and must be handled by appropriately qualified or authorised providers where required.
2. Service fee and payment
- The service fee is ₹499 (₹ four hundred and ninety-nine only) for the scope in section 1.
- Payment is due [confirm: on agreement / before work begins / on delivery]. Work starts only after the fee is received.
- Payment is made using [confirm approved payment methods]. Proof of payment is provided by [confirm: UPI reference / invoice / receipt].
- Unless clearly stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of GST and of any government or third-party charge. If GST is charged, it is shown separately on the invoice.
- The fee is a documentation-assistance fee. It is not a bank fee and does not create any relationship with, or obligation of, any bank.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and authenticity of all information and documents you provide. We rely on the information you supply.
- You must review and, where required, sign or authorise all forms and declarations before they are submitted.
- You must disclose any fact that the relevant bank may reasonably need for its due diligence, including your constitution, business activity, expected turnover, existing accounts and beneficial ownership, where applicable.
- You must not ask us to submit anything that is unlawful, misleading or that misrepresents any fact.
4. The bank's independent decisions
The relevant bank independently performs KYC, due diligence, eligibility assessment and the final decision to open an account or not. We do not open, approve or guarantee bank accounts. Approval, processing time, account number, account limits and account terms are determined by the bank under its own policies, and may differ from what was indicated in conversation or in our general guidance. The bank may request further information, change its requirements or decline the application.
5. Timelines
Any timeframe we give for preparing your checklist or assisting with forms is an estimate based on the information available at the time, and is not a guarantee. Bank processing time is outside our control and depends entirely on the bank. We are not liable for delays or decisions caused by the bank, third parties, incomplete information, or changes in requirements.
6. Submission and authorisation
We explain the appropriate submission route for your application. Where you ask us to submit documents on your behalf, this is done only where the bank permits it and only against your explicit written authorisation. You remain the owner of your application and the decision-maker throughout.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. In summary, a refund position is decided based on whether the service has started and whether checklist preparation or form assistance has already been carried out. Third-party and government charges already paid are not refundable by us.
8. Complaints and disputes
- If you have a complaint, contact us on +91 98765 43210 or at info@trivartha.com with your lead reference number.
- We will acknowledge your complaint within [confirm: 2 working days] and aim to resolve it within [confirm: 10 working days].
- If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to [confirm: the relevant consumer forum / grievance officer details].
- Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at [confirm city], subject to the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
9. Liability
We provide guidance with reasonable care and skill, based on information published by banks and confirmed by you. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in relation to the service fee paid is limited to that fee. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to enquiries submitted on or after the "last updated" date shown above.
