AccountSetu is an independent documentation-assistance and business banking guidance service. It is not a bank, financial institution, bank employee, official bank agent or government authority unless a specific written authorisation is separately obtained and disclosed. We do not open, approve or guarantee bank accounts. We do not display bank logos, emblems or any claim of official authorisation.

2. No guarantee of approval

All account-opening decisions, KYC checks, eligibility assessments, charges and timelines are determined by the relevant bank. Preparing documents does not mean a bank will approve an application. The bank may request further information, conduct verification, change its requirements or decline an application under its own policies.

Information provided by us is general guidance and should be checked against the latest requirements published by the bank you choose, as those requirements change from time to time. The document lists, eligibility notes and business-type guidance on this website are indicative and are not a universal bank checklist. 8. Security advice

AccountSetu will never ask you for OTPs, passwords, PINs, card details, Aadhaar or PAN copies, or bank statements. Do not send such information through our website, by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and do not share it with anyone who claims to represent a bank or AccountSetu. If you suspect fraud, contact your bank immediately on its official helpline and notify us.
